"All 535 members of Congress are now on the record declaring that they have not authorized the use of military force against Iran... (a) unanimous 'un-declaration' of war by Congress... (by) a proviso in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)... (stipulating) that "nothing in this Act shall be construed as authorizing the use of force against Iran..."

ISRAEL FEARS IRAN AGREEMENT WILL CANCEL OPTION OF ATTACK
"Israel fears nuclear deal between Iran, world powers as Baghdad talks draw near... an ‘intermediate agreement’ between Islamic Republic and world powers on May 23 could cancel option of military strike... the feeling in Jerusalem is that Iran and the world powers are striving to reach a preliminary agreement concerning the nuclear program, which could forge a base for a permanent agreement between Iran, the U.S. and the other powers... Such an agreement will buy time for more talks, and tie Israel’s hands in terms of carrying out a unilateral strike.... Israel views the talks... with some bitterness, perhaps even with hopes that they will fail completely..."
